3. Why does pricing change when I add more items?

Our pricing is tier-based. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost becomes. The “As Low As” price reflects the highest discount tier.

4. Can individuals order directly from your website?

Yes. Students, parents, and individuals can order directly without needing school approval.

Yes. We offer a direct ordering page for school where students can order directly while the school manages zero inventories.

6. Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. How long does shipping take?

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days processing
  • Custom items: 5–7 weeks production time
  • Shipping transit: 5–8 business days depending on carrier

No. Custom products including gowns, stoles, cords, hoods, and diploma covers are final sale.

3. How do I start a return?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. An 18% restocking and 8% credit card processing fee may apply.

Yes. You may request an exchange or place a new order and return the original item for a refund after inspection. Customers are responsible for both return shipping and shipping charges for the replacement item.

7. Is there a cancellation fee?

Orders canceled after 5:00 PM EST on the same day of purchase are subject to an 8% credit card processing fee.
