Lake Area Technical College celebrates its graduates with an annual “Grad Fest / Graduation Celebration” that concludes the academic year. According to LATC’s 2025 schedule, graduates participate in a student-led parade and on-campus celebration following completion of course requirements.

For regalia, LATC provides a standard graduation cap and gown set — available for purchase or order online. The regalia set includes a mortarboard cap, gown, and tassel. GED/HSED graduates receive the cap and gown at no cost; for certificate and degree program students, a cap and gown is strongly recommended though not strictly required to attend the Graduation Celebration.
