Pacific Union College requires students to submit an official “Application to Graduate” (plus a voice‑recording of their name) online via Formstack, and sign a Graduation Contract, in order to be eligible to walk in commencement.

The college sets firm deadlines — for example, for the 2025 commencement the last day to order regalia through the official vendor (Oak Hall) was May 18. Graduates without ordered regalia cannot participate in the commencement ceremony.

PUC defines academic regalia standards depending on degree type: associate’s and bachelor’s gowns, master’s gowns, with traditional cap and gown formats.
