Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music Commencement & Academic Regalia

The Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music (CMPR) awards degrees to students who complete all academic requirements, including credits, recitals, GPA standards, and residency obligations, and submit a Graduation Request to the Registrar. )

Academic honors for graduates include Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Cum Laude based on GPA thresholds. ([cmpr.edu]

Currently, CMPR does not provide any official, publicly available policy specifying required graduation gowns, caps, tassels, stoles, or honor cords. There is no discipline-specific color chart for tassels, stoles, or hoods publicly published by the College. Any academic regalia items are optional and purchased separately if desired.

Faculty participating in Commencement follow general academic standards, but there is no publicly documented guidance regarding specific regalia colors or styles at CMPR.
